At the start of 2024, Hog Roast Ripley was contacted by Patrick to arrange catering for a corporate meal that takes place at the start of spring each year. The event is hosted as a way to look at how the year has begun and to plan ahead for the coming months. It is also a great way to catch up with managers in person and help to build important working relationships. The event takes place over dinner and this year Hog Roast TOWN has been hired to provide our formal dining menu for the occasion. This is sure to be a great option for the occasion since it includes plenty of delicious dishes and is the ideal formality for the occasion.
On the day of the meeting, the Hog Roast Ripley team arrived at the venue in the afternoon and began to prepare for the 6:00pm start time. Our menu began with a delicious salmon dish for the starter, which was expertly cooked and seasoned to perfection. This is a great choice to enjoy in the spring and is a perfect introduction to our catering. Following this, we served delicious sirloin steaks that were cooked exactly to the guests’ liking. Each steak was paired with roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich red wine gravy. This created a hearty and delicious main meal with more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Finally, we served a delicious chocolate torte, which was served alongside English cream and fresh berries. This was a great way to end the meal and was accompanied by a round of freshly brewed tea or coffee.
