Here is what you can expect when you book in with our Gourmet BBQ menu this spring…Sophie and her partner moved into a new home last year and have been busy renovating their garden into a bright and welcoming space, equipped with all kinds of flowers and plants, a hot tub, and a firepit. To showcase their hard work, the pair are hosting a garden party this April for friends and neighbours to enjoy. The party will be ideal for showing off their favourite part of their new home, as well as providing an opportunity to chat and hang out, which is always appreciated. To allow them to spend the afternoon hosting, they have hired Hog Roast Brockham to deal with the catering. After looking through our menus, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu would be perfect, since there is nothing better than enjoying a barbeque in a sunny garden!
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Brockham team will be arriving at the venue in the morning and preparing for the 1:00 pm start time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which are set to include succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and veggie sausages. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, sweet potato fries, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, this menu is sure to be a great addition to what is already bound to be a great event!
