Hog Roast Bisley – Just the ticket for a small gathering
A Hog Roast Bisley feast is something that your guests will remember for a long time to come, regardless of the type of party or event that you need catering. Let us wow everyone you invite with delicious homemade food that we make fresh on the day using high-quality, local ingredients, and that includes the meat that we source from our trusted suppliers who we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with for a very long time.
You may be thinking of asking us to cater with a centrepiece hog roast – after all, it’s our speciality dish that’s part of our name and a fantastic way to treat the hungry carnivores invited to your special occasion, whether that’s a birthday celebration, your wedding meal, anniversary or retirement do, or anything else you can think of. Our food is certainly suitable for a great array of occasions and Hog Roast Bisley has catered them all at some point, and with satisfied customers both locally and all over the country, you’d be hard-pressed to find better caterers who will do you proud.
In terms of alternate dishes, we offer so much choice and variety that we’re sure you’ll be surprised, and not only for carnivores who’d prefer something other than pork. While we cook a mean spit-roasted meat, like beef, lamb, turkey or chicken, we can instead cook a barbecue for you and your guests or whip up one of our special standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast, winter warmer or loaded fries. Plus guests on special diets can easily be accommodated if we have advance notice and if you need additional dishes, we can make canapés, starters, sides or desserts – or all of the above if needed. There’s no end to our choices.
Sometimes, however, one of our hog roasts is just the ticket and Hog Roast Bisley catered a birthday party for Shaun on Sunday afternoon, where we made our amazing pigs in buns for him and his twenty guests. After cooking a small pig for several hours, everyone feasted on our scrumptious meat, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing, all crammed into fresh bread rolls and devoured with absolute relish.
