Lucy and Max are getting married in spring 2024 and are currently finalising the details of their wedding catering package. The pair are planning on getting married in the morning and then enjoying a delicious formal lunch with their wedding party before the reception starts and their evening guests arrive. After several hours of dancing and enjoying the live music, the Hog Roast Mayford team will be serving a tasty evening buffet menu for everyone to enjoy. Providing two meals is not a problem for the Hog Roast Mayford team and we are looking forward to getting involved with this occasion!
On the day of the wedding, the Hog Roast Mayford team will begin by arriving at the venue early to give us plenty of time to prepare the formal lunch. This menu will include a delicious homemade soup of the day for the starter, accompanied by fresh bread and butter. Following this, we will be serving a delicious slow-roasted hog which will be expertly carved and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving roasted baby potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables. For the dessert, the guests can choose between profiteroles and individual cheesecakes.
In the evening, we will be serving a delicious buffet menu to the guests. This meal will include succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages in bread rolls, accompanied by gourmet coleslaw, homemade chips, and a green leaf salad. This is a great contrast to the formal lunch but is still guaranteed to go down a treat!
