While many of our customers prefer to enjoy a traditional whole-roasted turkey at Christmas, Hog Roast Woking always gives you the option of a slow-roasted free-range hog for your main instead if you prefer, which cooks for hours on end, fresh on the day of your special occasion. While a pig is served together with salty crackling and our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, a turkey main comes complete with stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce, and both are cooked beautifully over flames until we get moist and tender meat.
In addition to your main, you also get to devour plenty of sides, including homemade cauliflower cheese, a vegetable medley of sprouts, peas, green beans and carrots, pigs in blankets and roasted potatoes, as well as lashings of our homemade gravy. If that’s not enough, we’re sure that your meal will be finished off perfectly with our dessert of traditional mince pies, served with a brandy cream.
If there’s any leftover meat, we can carve it for you to serve on a platter for guests to enjoy throughout the rest of the party or you can take it home to keep all to yourself! It’s all up to you.
Year-round, our catering is all-inclusive, as we want everyone to love our food, so with this menu, vegetarians and vegans do not miss out. Vegetarians will love our grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers, served with sweet chilli sauce, and they can easily be made vegan by leaving out the cheese. We also offer a vegan main of BBQ pulled jackfruit, served with slaw, which is also popular with vegetarian guests too.
