For Serena and Matt, who had been forced to make some key adjustments to their wedding, (which included a change of venue and a reduction in the guest list) Hog Roast Normandy was everything they had been looking for and more. Instead of getting married in a local cathedral, the pair decided to make use their back garden by hosting the ceremony and reception at home, and it was up to our team to wow the wedding party with an unforgettable buffet.

With the numbers reduced to 40 guests, the lovebirds were looking for a stripped-back approach for their menu, and they soon fell in love with our wedding menu 1. Dubbed the perfect introduction to wedding catering, this menu has everything couples need to celebrate their big day. From a full-sized pig cooked to perfection and served with the best crackling and applesauce you’ll ever taste, alongside freshly tossed salads with ingredients sourced from local farms, to the condiments and dips which add the perfect finishing touches, and, of course, the wedding cake slices dressed in fruity coulis and fresh cream.

As always Hog Roast Normandy went above and beyond to make the clients’ day extra special and with each mouthful, the guests experienced a firework of flavours which had them coming back for more.
