Helen organised a speed dating event to take place in her bar this August. The event was suggested by some of her friends and she decided that it would be a great way to matchmake and attract some new faces to her bar. The event is set to include a variety of signature-themed cocktails, a delicious buffet menu, and an evening of fun! In preparation for the speed dating, the Hog Roast Shackleford team will arrive at the venue in the afternoon and prepare for the 7:00pm start time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection. Once ready, the pork will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we will be serving marinated chicken kebabs and BBQ-pulled jackfruit.
